Job Description
The role acts as the liaison between marketing and other stakeholders including Product Management, Sales, Technology, Advertising and News Teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The marketing department's main focus is to support the brand and its core digital assets (website, premium subscription services, advertising solutions). The successful candidate will need to be a fast learner, flexible and creative in multiple areas of marketing.
Online Advertising Sales Team:
• Working with News, Technology and Content departments to further increase page impressions, unique visitors, free registrations and overall popularity of the website
• Working with media kits on a monthly basis, updating and tracking results Working on monthly communications with inforgraphs, edm's, banner ads
Membership Sales Team:
• Online leads generation through understanding of customers workflow and online experience
• Finding partners across digital platforms, leveraging SEO, SEM, and social media to increase brand awareness, traffic, and lead generations in both existing and new markets
• Planning of events strategy and execution
Product Management Team:
• Working closely with the Product Management Team on integrated launch plans for new or upgraded products in line with approved budget
• Finding new digital channels to promote core products to new markets segments
• Supporting the Product Management team to deliver agreed events strategy
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business
• 3 years min of previous marketing execution experience with min 1 year in UAE
• 2 years min experience within digital marketing with sound knowledge of digital marketing concepts and practice
• Understanding of marketing at events
• A good understanding of online campaign marketing
• Strong communication skills in English essential. Arabic a strong plus
