- Have around 4 to 8 years of total experience in Sales & Business Development
- Have at least 3 years of selling ERP (Oracle/MS Dynamics/Epicor/SAGE/JD Edward) (**Must Have**)
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in UAE (**Must Have**)
- Will be responsible for achieving Top line and bottom line targets.
- Should be able to penetrate into new A/C’s.
- Should be able to understand the client's requirement and feasibility.
- Prepare & Present the overall Business and take part in commercial negotiations.
- Manage the complete engagement from qualification till closure.
- Have a good educational background
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Good relationship management and networking skills.
- Sound market knowledge and exposure to relevant industry offerings - Good team player, self-driven and high achievement orientation.
- Should be able to communicate with seniors and technical teams about the client requirements for feasibility study, implementation and support.
- Have good English Language Skills (Oral & Written)
• Travelling – above 50%
• Target – US$ 2- 3 M Revenue and Cash
