Job Description and Requirements
Purpose of the position
To supports the sales function & SPG business of the organization to achieve the sales objectives on local & regional level. To coordinate with Customers, Production and Sales activities associated With Special Gas Division
•Maintaining the day-today records of Special Gas activities in connection with Sales (Customer wise Branch wise)
•Maintaining customer relations with Key accounts in area by visiting them and providing all needed Support.
•Responsible for all business transactions (except collection) for the Key Customers handled.
•Handling Enquiries /Tender from customers & visiting them to finalize if needed.
•Preparing production clearance and sending quotation in concurrence with Product Manager
•Receiving PO’s from customers /Braches and preparing work order accordingly
•Making sure that the product is reached to Customers /Branches in time
•Facilitating timely transportation for delivery in coordination with Logistics Dept.
•Facilitating Exports including the document preparation and arranging transportation
•Preparing Sales Budget for Specialty Gas
•Analyzing the Sales figure with the Budget
•Sales forecasting for the ongoing months.
•Extensive coordination with all other departments for the smooth functioning of Special Gas Division.
•Logistic & supply chain
•Functional heads for SPG

•Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
•2 -4 years in Industrial gas companies
