Ticketing and Outgoing Agent for Outbound Division
Objective: Proceed to book tickets, accommodation, and outbound packages.
Requirements:
•Arabic and English Very good: spoken and written.
•Typing skills in Arabic and English
•Outlook Express (emails), Galileo, and Amadeus.
•Good communication skills and team work.
•Responsible and able to receive orders and follow instructions
•Detailed for special requirements: seat assignment and special needs like wheel chair, vegetarian meal.
•Flexible, quick, and be able to work under pressure to meet time line.
•Self motivated and self learner
