Job Description and Requirements
Business Process Manager is responsible of Managing the implementation of a plan for business process management for the assigned entity, which is aligned to the DPG process management strategy to ensure that the assigned entity is equipped with key processes & policies aligned to global best practice, and is deploying a comprehensive process improvement framework to achieve greater internal efficiency as well as customer satisfaction.
•Meet with stakeholders to understand respective process requirements and map processes ensuring all department interactions are clearly identified.
•Ensure all departments have all key processes documented and process is aligned to ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Regularly report to section head on the status of process development.
•Develop plan for ISO 9001:2008 certification for one or more DPG entities, as per management approach to ensure that the DPG process meets the needs of customers and stakeholders and it creates more efficient & effective operation and increased productivity.
•Deliver training & communication plan for process implementation across designated Entity/ies and ensure key stakeholders (e.g. department managers) are aware of processes.
•Maintain regular internal communication program (notice boards. newsletters, etc.) to sustain awareness of processes & quality to ensure that all employees are aware of the DPG processes.
•Plan internal process/quality audit program and participate when required, Prepare internal/quality audit reports showing process compliance.
•Communicate and coordinate with external certification body in relation to process audits to ensure that DPG process is aligned to the international standards.
•Work closely with the performance I strategy teams to ensure key process KPIs are embedded in the performance management system.
•Preparing annual process improvement plan tar designated Entity/ies and meet with stakeholders to conduct root cause analysis, and improvement workshops.
•Map processes ensuring all department interactions are clearly identified and report regularly to section head on the improvement initiatives.
•Bachelor’s degree holder.
•4-6 years of experience in Business Process Management.
•Knowledge of Quality Management, Performance Management & Consulting.
•Excellent command of English.
