Job Description and Requirements
The Travel Consultant will be arranging travel schedules for all miles travel’s clients and will make sure that the travelling program fits the travelers’ preferences and destinations.
•Assist clients with planning and arranging flights, booking travel programs and accommodation.
•Promote and sell travel services and available tours and packages to clients in the MENA region.
•Research travel programs and present a selection of suggestions that fit the client’s desired travel criteria.
•Answer customer queries over the phone and meeting with customers at the office.
•Collecting and processing payments from clients.
•Sending out tickets to clients.
•Handling client complaints and tackle travel arrangement errors and aiming to meet their expectations.
•Keeping clients up to date with any changes regarding flight hours and weather conditions.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position at a Travel Agency.
•Working experience on Galileo or Amadeus is must.
•Ability to book flight and hotels.
•Very Good English Language.
