The ideal candidate will have solid banking/finance experience from an international law firm. The firm supports both Qatari and international clients both domestically and abroad. The finance team has excellent understanding of the Qatar market combined with substantial Middle East experience. They have distinguished themselves in Qatar and internationally, representing premier international financial institutions, multi-lateral agencies, corporations, and governments in connection with major financial and corporate transactions. Work has included multiple types of financings, large-scale infrastructure projects, asset-based financings, Shari’ah compliant financings, local bond issues, debt issues, investments funds, and sovereign and corporate loans.
