Job Description and  Responsibilities

The job holder will be responsible for developing training content in line with the Training vision and business objectives for Landmark 

Key Responsibilities

•Work with Subject Matter Experts to design & develop content for generic & specific training programs in line with the training need analysis.
•Work along with the Concept Training Manager in designing training content in line with organizational/ functional requirements to ensure effective and high quality delivery of training to employees (Including FG and PG also).
•Develop behavioral training course for the Splash employees.
•Develop retail/product/customer service training course.
•Deliver the training content/course prepared for the planned training program.
•Support the training with case study, live examples, role plays etc.
•Research alternative learning delivery methods.
•Responsible for Updating and Managing the Training MIS.
•Also responsible for Facilitating New Hire Induction Training for the newly hired employees.


Qualifications

Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training: Bachelors degree in Human Resources/Psychology

Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training: Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration

Minimum years of Experience: 1-2 Years

Specific / Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in content development
