OVERVIEW
Working for an Operator, the Inspector will visit offshore platforms to conduct inspections and supervise and organise offshore contractors.
Must have at least 5yrs experience of offshore inspections.


ROLE
Reporting to the Asset Integrity Team Leader.
Contractors working offshore include coating teams, scaffolding teams, minor structural repair welders and fabricators and specialist inspection and NDE personnel
The Inspector shall visit offshore platforms to conduct inspections as required by the Asset Integrity Team Leader, and utilize the Asset
Integrity fast craft to carry out required inspections.

Skills
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
-CSWIP Plant Inspection or equivalent.
-A minimum of 5 years offshore inspection experience in the oil and gas industry.
-Must have awareness of Risk Based Inspection and be able to formulate detailed work packs.
-PCN Surface Methods (NDT Qualification.)
-A detailed knowledge of inspection techniques and fitness for service inspections.

DESIRABLE:
-BGas Coatings Inspection Qualification.
-Senior CSWIP Welding Inspector 3.2
-CSWIP Plant Inspection Level 2
