Salary - 20,000 - 25,000 AED/Month

Our client is a multi-sited Food and Beverage production company with exceptional coverage of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. It produces both branded and own label products in a range of sectors.
They are aiming for rapid growth through the expansion of their product portfolio and are looking to increase their online profile and visibility through the appointment of a Marketing Manager – Own Media.
Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for implementing the divisions internet and social media strategy to achieve brand growth and equity.
Coordinating with the category marketing teams to support their respective missions you will manage allocated resources to drive traffic generation and cultivate a social media referral network all the time maintaining a consistent ‘brand voice’.
Other responsibilities will include:
•Managing social media campaigns through online advocacy, writing editorials and promotions
•Managing presence on social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Flickr etc.
•Engaging in online dialogues and answering questions as a company advocate
•Monitoring effective benchmarks measuring the impact of social media campaigns in an effort to maximize results
•Feeding back insights gained to the marketing teams to assist in their strategy development
•Suitable candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or similar and have a background in social media technologies
•They will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and how they can be deployed in different scenarios, knowledge of the UAE blogging ecosystem (relevant to food & drinks, lifestyle and nutrition) and experience in the SEO process.
•Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects at one time and the technical understanding to quickly pick up new tools are essential.
•Candidates from a blue chip background who can demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and people management skills with a high intellectual capacity will fit the companies profile well.
