Salary 20,000 - 25,000 AED/Month

Our client is a multi sited Food and Beverage production company with exceptional coverage of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. It produces both branded and own label products in the fruit and vegetables, water, fruit juices, dairy products and agricultural sectors. They are aiming for rapid growth through the expansion of their product portfolio and are looking for dynamic, forward thinking professionals to join their already highly successful company.
The responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager, Traditional Trade will include:
•Leading the regional Traditional Trade team, including recruitment, training and development at all levels
•To develop, plan and achieve monthly sales targets
•Setting sales and distribution KPI’s for your team
•Gathering competitor and market information
•Implementing consumer promotions and trade offers
•Management of new product launches.
•Candidates must possess a postgraduate qualification or equivalent in Marketing, with functional knowledge of Trade Marketing, the sales process for direct distribution and working knowledge of production and supply chain.
•You must have significant sales experience, currently or recently in a GCC country and have managed your own team.
•Leadership, people management, influencing skills and a high intellectual capacity are qualities our client looks for with candidates from a blue chip background fitting their profile particularly well.
•Along with the tax free salary, a generous benefits package is offered consisting of up to 40% bonus, return family flights to your home country, 80% school fees contribution, full family medical plan and a transport allowance of up to 7%.
