Job Description and Requirements
Department/Company: GROUP MARKETING DEPARTMENT.
Location: ALFAHIM HEAD OFFICE.
•Responsible for increasingly generating sales leads from direct marketing
•Involved in copy writing for internal and external marketing communication.
•Work closely with the marketing, and sales teams and act as the subject matter expert for customer communication.
•Work with agencies, principles and internal stakeholders to Develop direct mail packages that improve response rates among existing customer segments, reach new customer segments with existing products.
•Work with our graphic designers and production team to execute the direct mail campaigns and the direct marketing plan are executed on budget and on time.
•Developing the DM plan in coordination with the CRM Manager.
•During the course of the year, update the Direct marketing plan to reflect changing priorities if any; ensure all spending is managed to budget.
•Measuring results of direct marketing projects, including: SMS, email, direct mail, and telemarketing campaigns and conducting ROI analysis by comparing results against costs
•Coordinate with CRM database admin to import/export data to/from CRM database.
•Translate marketing strategies/initiatives into actionable database marketing activities.
•Update all customer and prospect records with the communicated messages/campaigns.
•Ensure the engagement rules set under the CRM strategy are respected when communicating with customers and prospects.
•Manage lead collection for leads obtained from direct marketing projects, including: SMS, email, direct mail, and telemarketing promotions and ensure timely.
Qualification & Experience:
•Education: Bachelor in Business, Marketing or similar.
•Years of Experience: 2 - 3 years marketing campaign experience out of which at least 1 year experience coordinating direct marketing campaigns (email, mail, telemarketing)/ Copy writing experience and be looking to further develop his/her skills in this area/Experience generating reports using any reporting engine.
