REPORTING TO: Finance & Administration Manager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Must be a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Specialization in Finance and Accounting.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
One year and above.
JOB SUMMARY:
To maintain the financial accounts of the company.To keep record of all the transactions
made by the company with efficiency and in timely manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Handle the accounts cycle as per the company rules and procedures.
•Prepare regular, special financial, statistical, management reports, and statements.
•Liaise with external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, banks, etc.) for compliance and optimal service delivery.
•Ascertain smooth operations and compliance with external and internal standards and deadlines at all times.
•Continually review, evaluate processes and recommend improvements for better effectiveness and efficiency.
REPORTING TASK:
The Accountant should work closely with the Finance Manager in devising financial strategies for the advantages of the company, make budgets and set accounting goals for the company by following the accounting standards and regulation.
•Daily Cash Flow, Monthly Aging Report.
•P&L Quarterly Report, Yearly Reports.
•Facilitate the Finalization of Accounting Audit.
MEASURING PERFORMANCE:
•Daily: Accountant must accomplish report in stipulated deadlines, to ensure prompt figures and also keep the information confidential, provide tangible proofs in requested reference to any financial transactions recorded.
•Quarterly/Yearly Reports – Accountant must be able to meet all deadlines required for achieving set objectives and initiatives.
•To ensure all reports are in accordance of International Financial Reporting Standard or IFRS.
