DEPARTMENT: Claims & Approval Department.
REPORTING TO : Project Manager.



Job Description & Requirements:

Degree on Science, Medicine or Health related profession. Experience on processing claims.



YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

One year and above.



JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinate between Insured Member and provider By reviewing, assessing and processing the claims.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Receive / open patient file
•Check medical Report and contact the insurance companies to get approval
•Follow up with insurance & providers to complete all requirements.
•Process claims on the company's healthcare benefits management system.
•Validate, close and issue Bordeaux with the support of the Supervisor.
•File the original documents and assure they are sent to the respective risk carrier after processing the same.



MEASURING PERFORMANCE:
•Must be able to meet deadline required in achieving set objectives and initiatives in giving approvals as per standard contract.
•Must be able to communicate with all parties.
