The Role

Head of Sales is required by the leading online internet / eCommerce company based in Dubai to focus on online sales/digital sales, reporting to CEO.

Function:

•Managing the overall regional Sales function in the organization.
•Managing the performance, teams and the tools that achieve the company annual commercial targets.
•Setting the overall commercial strategy for the organization.
•Looking after the overall commercial efforts between the different lines of business in all territories and making sure that vertical and cross selling of products are complementing the end offering and driving the revenues up.
•Working closely with the regional sales heads to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
•Acting as an interface between the Managing Director and the overall sales and commercial workforce including but not limited to the Regional Sales Heads.




Major Functions

•Monitoring all Sales and revenues generated through the commercial teams and units.
•Making sure all regional targets are achieved.
•Through an understanding of customers, competition, partners and markets, create an Annual Business Growth Plan specifying business and revenue mix, resource requirements, Implementation and development plans for the teams and units.
•Allocating sales quotas, based on sound analysis of the market and identified opportunities, to challenge and stretch the teams in line with their experience and maturity
•Oversees overall Sales process and making sure it is functioning properly and hassle free.
•Creating a problem free environment and healthy work spirit between regions.
•Oversee product/service development, pricing, marketing budgets, and sales objectives
•Develop and implement market segmentation models targeting different customer groups
•Responsible for the Development of the Regional Sales Heads
•Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the commercial procedures and policies agreed upon.
•Drive up customer (partner) satisfaction in the market and resolve high-level issues
•Should have exposure in UAE market.
•Solid understanding in internet sales or FMCG OR retail or HORECA or Hospitality
