Job Description and Requirements


The Role:

A multinational agency is expanding their team here in Dubai – UAE, and now seeks to hire a motivating leader with a passion for digital. The agency specialize in strategic planning, digital solutions, content creation, sponsorship consultancy, and creative brand campaigns.
Your key role will be managing all planning and client service activity on a daily basis, as well as executing media plans.



Responsibilities:


• Buying, planning and reporting to your accounts.
• The ability to train, mentor and team build.
• Maintaining great client relationships.
• Able to initiate creative and business building ideas.
• Assist in setting overall direction for program planning and negotiating strategies.
• Ensure efficient workflow, meet deadlines and write reports of key meetings.
• Lead meetings with other departments.
• A positive role model with a hardworking attitude, and constantly reviewing all work to ensure quality.



Requirements:


• Fluent in English, Arabic is also preferred.
• 5 years experience prior working in a Digital environment.
• Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
• Negotiating skills need to be superb, and have an eye for detail.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Knowledge of all current Digital trends.
