Marketing and Social Media Admin

Job Description

You will be working alongside the marketing manager & brand managers, maintaining our social media presence through daily online activity & interaction, collating marketing materials, assisting with marketing campaigns, creating newsletters, carrying out research, working with our excel databases (along with general administrative work as well as events and traveling coordination - archiving and preparing monthly reports and presentations).

Person specification:

• Proficiency in navigating & using social media as marketing platforms, including (but not limited to): Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Linkedin. This includes know-how of using the platforms from a professional marketing perspective to: advertise, create viral campaigns, engage with customers, gain analysis, merge the platform with physical sales strategies.

• Strong oral & written communicator - ability to generate solid written content for social media and e-mail.

• Confident typist & general IT efficiency - to include ability for MS Office package.

• Imaginative & innovative - ability to create content, generate new ideas, provide inspiration or suggestions for progressing the online presence of our brands.

• Fluent English essential, Arabic is a bonus.

• Scientific / medical background is a bonus but not essential.

• Video & Photo editing skills is a bonus but not essential.
