Determine the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
•Develop annual marketing plan in compliance with the Sales department plan which will focus on meeting the company’s goals and objectives.
•Establish the direction of the marketing strategies and product launches.
•Control the Marketing Departments’ budget, the delivery of all marketing activities within the assigned budget and the direction of the marketing staff’s work flow.
•Manage the product life cycle from the strategic planning phase to implementing the activities.
•Conducting market research by visiting customers to identify market requirements for current and future products.
•Organize customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction by making surveys.
•Attend special events to market the company’s products in the FMCG industry.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
•Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Excellent command of English language.
•Ability to Travel.
