Job Description and Requirements
•Main role is to guide business leaders and sales in drafting business terms and proposals that would position the company to gain their best potentials of a contact.
•Review business contracts and proposals.
•Develop standard terms to comply with legal requirements and set guidelines for contracting and setting financial terms of work.
•Managing risk, negotiating contracts, and planning individual projects.
•Keep track of contracts for suppliers and service providers and makes sure that all terms of contracts are followed.
•Meet with financial managers and managerial accountants to set budgets and develop financial plans.
•Experience in: Developing and negotiating business contracts: Commercial Contracts/ Telecom/ IT/Contracting (real estate).
•Education in: Business Administration/ Management/ Finance or related fields.
•Strong Language Skills (Arabic and English)
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Strong business writing skills.
•Strong knowledge in commercial contracts terms related to several industries (telecom/ IT/ real estate contracting and development)
