Talent Management Consultant (TMC) role requires broad skill set, including participation and talent development skills as well as implementation of organizational development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
This should include organizational design, ability to identify and articulate the value to the business (ROI), change management, and experience gathering and evaluating the analytics around talent management measurement.
TMC should bring the latest thinking to these areas. TMC should have multiple avenues of continuous learning. It is also important that TMC have maintained their business connections and community connections to stay current on best practices and have a broad perspective of what other companies are doing.
•Delivering large and medium scale, strategic client projects and across different industries and practice projects that consistently exceed client expectations with optimum efficiency and profitable cost effectiveness.
•Managing analysts to deliver client projects; coaches and manages team and individual performance to attain and exceed goals.
•Building strong relationships at various levels within client organizations in order to understand their business context and perspective to deliver quality consulting solutions and develop strong credibility as a service provider
•Collaborating with Sales team to demonstrate capabilities and develop new business opportunities contributing to the overall achievement of the regional and group plan. There is a soft target of annual contribution to revenue to be achieved through activities such as making introductions, leading sales conversations, creating solutions that lead to closing the business, and identifying and expanding existing projects.
•Research new industry trends and bring them to our team.
•4+ years Talent Management/Career Development or Consulting experience in a mid-sized to large organization.
•Experience supporting the Sales function including lead generation, providing subject matter expertise to RFPs and acting as sales support on sales calls.
•Consulting and facilitator experience in areas such as Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Competency Modeling, Assessments, Leadership Coaching, Performance Management, Change Management, Workforce Alignment, and Employee Engagement. Experience delivering to senior level executives.
•Excellent ability to motivate and lead clients towards attaining their personal career goals.
•Active listener with strong ability to coach others.
•Maintain effective relationship with clients and work on developing long-term relationships with them.
•Gulf HR environments experience is a plus.
•Capacity and motivation to work in a collaborative team environment with highly competent peers required.
•Team player with strong leadership competencies.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education is required.
•Min 3 years experience is Talent Development position
•PHR, SPHR or CIPD certification is a Plus
•UAE Driving Licence
