Job Description and Requirements
•Greet and direct visitors entering the organization to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
•Answer callers, handle their inquiries, take messages and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals.
•Deal with queries from the general public and customers in professional manner.
•Prepare letters, correspondences and spreadsheets as requested.
•Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
•Schedule and maintain appointments diary - manually or electronically.
•Perform general administrative and clerical support duties such as taking meeting minutes.
•Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material.
•Operate office equipment such as fax, copiers, and phone systems.
•Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
•Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
•Tidy and maintain the reception and waiting area clean and neat
•Minimum education required - High School Diploma.
•Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
•Knowledge of computer systems and relevant software applications.
•Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
•Excellent command of both English and Arabic (oral & written skills).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Very good organizing and planning skills.
•Professional personal presentation.
•Minimum 2 years experiences in relevant position
