Job Description:

Achievement & Excellence Company (AchevX) is recruiting for an experienced Information Security Engineer with proficient in configure, monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security devices, applications and protocols to include but not limited to: firewalls, IDS/IPS, Remote Access Systems (VPN) solutions, Network Access Control Systems (NAC), internet & email gateway and endpoint security solutions, and technical systems in order to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all organization information systems.

Responsibilities:
•Research, design, plan, configure and implement new security technologies into

current operating environment.
•Configure, implement, and troubleshoot a variety Hardware/Software Products,

including: SSL VPN, Firewalls, IPS, NAC, Routers, Switches , email gateway, interne proxy and endpoint security solutions.
•Perform advanced monitoring and reporting related to network systems.
•Analyze network traffic patterns, system logs, and audit files for compliance with

security policies.
•Maintain documentation related to the organization’s network, network security

management systems, procedures and administrative stats reports
•Act as member of incident management team.



Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or similar discipline
•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Technology (IT) including development, implementation, communication, monitoring and maintenance of information security solutions.
•Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Network, WAN and WLAN management and

troubleshooting.
•Advanced knowledge of firewall/SSL VPN/NAC/IPS solutions configuration and

implementation experience with CISCO and/or Juniper.
•Prior work experience of implementing network security including ACLs, VLANs and auditing.
•Knowledge of Bluecoat proxy and Symantec endpoint security solutions.
•Knowledge of Email anti-spam and antivirus gateway solutions.
•Candidates having industry recognized network security certifications CCNA, CCSP,

JNCIP or CCIE-Sec will be preferred.
•Good strategic planning, project management, organizational and time management

skills.
•Excellent communications and presentation skills
