Night Shift Manager

Job Description and Requirements


Main Responsibility:-
•Direct and Control all the Night Shift Production and Process Operations to achieve strategic objectives and goals in a timely and cost effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:-

•Monitor and overall control of all production lines and process during the Night shift.
•Insure that Night shift production meets output and quality goals while remaining with the budget
•Monitor the production run to make sure that it stays on schedule and correct any problems that may arise
•To come up with ways to make the production process more efficient
•Involve continues increase in production and process productivity
•Monitor financial performance and prepare the budget for the night shift requirements
•Guide and diverse team toward a common goal. Regularly interface and support staff and production/process line workers
•Maintain Team Management for clear line of communication with the workers

Qualification, Experience and Knowledge:-

•Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with 5 year in a Manufacturing Company in the Production or Process department
•Specific knowledge and understanding for equipment's for production and process operation
