My client, a commercial bank based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia is looking for a Senior CRM Officer within the Retail Banking Division.

Job Responsibilities:

•Supervise the analysis and design of CRM enhancement initiatives, and support of the Bank’s customer relationship management processes and systems.
•Analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion.
•Apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the stakeholders on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of CRM critical to business operations.
•Planning and creating campaigns with product/segment managers.
•Executing campaigns across different channels.
•Coordinating offers/communications to the campaign’s targeted audience.
•Maintaining customer information requirements and needs.
•Participate to valuate, install, configure, and deploy CRM applications, systems software, and associated products throughout the enterprise.
•Conduct research on new and emerging CRM technologies or technologies that can be leveraged through existing CRM investments.
