My client, a commercial bank based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia is looking for a Segment Manager within the Retail Banking Division.
•Develop value proposition, target segment strategy, and business plan for assigned assignment.
•Map existing and new products to value propositions.
•Define product requirements such as (segment needs, channel preferences, high-level product characteristics) to product development counterparts.
•Ensure that product development counterparts fully understand the product requirements.
•Develop campaign / promotion requirements for assigned segment.
•Analyze market feedback and understand the target audience needs.
•Conduct periodic review / revision of target segment strategy / business plan.
•Knowledge in market research process and marketing of retail banking.
•Familiar with marketing, communication, and promotional planning.
•Knowledge in retail banking products.
•Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
•4 - 5 years of working experience in Banking or Financial Services.
