OVERVIEW:
Senior HSE Design Engineer with experience of Detailed Engineering and FEED on Oil & Gas projects required.
HAZOP and HAZID experience essential as is Fire Safety.


ROLE:
-Responsible for supporting the complete range of Fire and Safety engineering activities for offshore oil and Gas platforms.
-The candidate shall have experience of performing FEED and Detail Engineering activities with specific experience in the following areas:
-Fire water system
-Fire fighting and Safety / Life Saving equipment selections
-Fire and Gas detection layouts and Cause and Effects
-Fire water hydraulic calculations using PIPENET Passive fire protection
-Equipment layout / Plot Plan reviews
-Participation experience in SIL, HAZOP and HAZID workshops
-Management of Risk Assessment studies like QRA, FERA, etc., with external consultants
-Dispersion Analysis / Consequence Modeling using PHAST / FRED

Skills
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT:
-Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Fire and Safety Engineering or similar.
-Minimum 10yrs experience in Oil & Gas design projects.
-Minimum 5 years of experience of Fire and Safety Engineering
-Experience in Detail Engineering / FEED activities for Offshore Oil and Gas platforms.
