A leading Operator with their HQ in Dubai is looking to hire a Dubai based Senior Equipment Drilling Engineer, to manage the supply and procurement of their Drilling and rig equipment.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Plans for the Drilling Equipment for well as laid out in the drilling program
Material and equipment contracts for new projects including Rig 40 refurbishment and platform construction from planning to procurement phases
Study and prepare technical scope of work for Drilling equipment, Rig equipment and spares including Casing Tubular, Drill Bits, Liner and Completion and Well Head equipment.
Vendor pre qualification and payments
Supply Chain management and Logistical issues
Liaise with Finance and Accounts payables

Skills
The candidate profile is below:

20 years experience in drilling operations
BA Degree in Engineering
Must make decisions regarding the purchase and logistical movements for equipments that are required to keep the operations running without downtime.
