•Responsible for requirement compliance necessary to secure work permit and visa processing for new employees and update of employment status for existing employees.
•Responsible for all administrative tasks in the PR Department in coordination with the Public Relations Representative for completion of transactions.
•Coordinates with HR Department for any Labor and Immigration concerns and/or Transportation department for Drivers; request for new work permits; cancellation, etc.
•Prepares and maintains MIS report pertaining to PR Department
•Responsible for utilization of Labor and Immigration software for required transactions.
•3- 4 yrs in logistics, fleet management immigration visa issues, PRO related issues, leasing issues
