•Coordinate all activities within the department.
•Ensure efficient delivery process for fuels to stations in a cost effective way so as to guarantee full quality and customer satisfaction.
•Make sure investment budget is full and properly used every year.
•Make sure the fixed expenses related to transportation do not exceed the budgeted amounts.
•Ensure preventive maintenance of assets is carried out properly.
•Handle relationships with transporters and make sure our contractors strictly abide with our HSEQ standards.
•Implement the Emergency Response Plan.
•Issue work control procedures and carry out regular audits.
•Carry out transportation risk assessment.
•University degree in engineering.
•Languages: fluent Arabic & English. French would be an advantage.
•3-6 years of experience in engineering (supply chain management).
•Highly developed safety consciousness.
•Autonomy, self-motivated, loyalty, involvement, good inter-personal skills, good managerial skills.
