A state of the art hospital facility is seeking an ERP & Applications Director.
In this role you will be involved in an exciting project that is set to transform the healthcare landscape in Qatar, the Gulf Region and internationally.
As the Head of Enterprise Architecture / Director you will lead the enterprise capability strategy to support the strategic requirements of the business.
You will identify the business benefits of alternative strategies, direct development of enterprisewide architecture and processes and ensure compliance between business strategies, enterprise transformation activities and technology directions.
Your role will be to ensure that the strategic application of change is embedded in the management of the organisation; creating strategies, policies, and standards that support the hospital’s business aims to become a worldclass medical facility by incorporating the most advanced IT applications in all clinical, research and business functions.
•IM operational expert who reports to seniorlevel executives.
•Partners with all IM department heads as well as senior management to identify, clarify and establish businesses development needs and objectives.
•Monitors IM performance to determine whether benchmarks are met, reevaluating and adjusting them as needed.
•Monitors and interprets all trends that occur within the IM industry.
•Works with senior leadership, to refine the IM mission and develop short and long term strategic business goals.
•Seeks out partnership opportunities with external vendors and adjusts them as needed.
•Masters Level Qualification. Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree plus additional training/qualifications and/or experience will also be considered
•1015 years of IT enterprise experience within planning and operations for a similarly sized organization.
Certification and Licensure:
•ITIL V3 Practitioner (intermediate) level

•Excellent ability to gather and analyze data, present it to senior management, while making recommendations to improve the business.
•Skilled communicator in interaction with all levels of employees in the IM department, as well as the senior executive team and business user community.
