A stateoftheart hospital facility is seeking an ERP & Applications Director.
In this role you will be involved in an exciting project that is set to transform the healthcare landscape in Qatar, the Gulf Region and internationally.
As the ERP & Applications Director you will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, and support of hospital applications (Clinical, ERP, Support and Research Systems), databases, and interfaces.
You will support the hospital’s business aims to become a worldclass medical facility by incorporating the most advanced IT applications in all clinical, research and business functions.
Job Responsibilities
•Responsible for the overall ERP & Applications delivery and ongoing strategy
•Manages application deployments
•Creates procedures and documentation for application and database support
•Manages application enhancements to improve business performance
•Maintains indepth disciplinary knowledge, leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise
•Communicates the IT strategy and other relevant strategies to staff
Candidate requirements
Education:
•Masters Level Qualification. Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree plus additional training/qualifications and/or experience will also be considered
Experience:
•Minimum of 10 15 years experience in an IT environment managing Application teams
•Project/Program management experience
•IT project life cycle phase management
•Procurement/Contract Management & Administration experience
•7 – 10 yrs Experience with:
◦Process Capability Maturity Modeling methodologies
◦best practice quality and process improvement methodology
◦managing vendors and outsourcing engagements
Certification and Licensure:
•ITIL V3 Foundation level
