Job Description and Requirements
1.Prepare new/renewal documentation relating to short and medium term loans. Obtain signatures and submit to banks.
2.Maintain cash flow of the companies and ensure any requirements for fresh loans are initiated in coordination with the related FM.
3.Arrange settlement of loans ensure full compliance of terms and timetable.
4.Provide all information and documentation to the banks as per their requirements including legal documents, financial statements and other financial and non financial data/info.
5.Arrange bank statements from the banks as required by FMs of the three companies.
6.Coordinate sending LC and other related documents to banks and follow up.
7.Obtained quotations/proposal for renewal of insurance policies and summarize results for management decision.
8.Coordinate for receiving of new policies, changes/endorsements as well as invoices for premium and send copies to the FMs.
9.Arrange statements of accounts from insurance companies and send to the FM. Help confirmation of balances of insurance companies and account reconciliations.
10.Ensure timely payment of insurance premium with necessary coordination with the respective companies FMs.
11. Arrange filing of insurance claims in coordination with the respective FMs and other people.
12.Follow up with the insurance company for timely settlement of insurance claims.
13.Assist HO Controller in preparing monthly and yearly consolidation financials and CMA filings.
14.Assist HO controller in preparing budget and other monthly reports.
Graduate with any of the following professional qualifications
Part qualified ACCA, CMA, CIMA, ACMA, ICWA, CA, MBA.
Minimum 2 years related experience in manufacturing environment
Age: 25-35 years
