Job Description and Requirements
•The candidate shall have knowledge and experience in a manufacturing industry managing requirements of Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental regulations. The person shall be at a level to be capable in implementing both Safety and Environmental Management Systems at least to the level required in the following International Standards:
1. OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
2. ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
•The person shall have good command in English language and be system oriented with ability to implement, manage, train, and guide toward improvement through establishing of a Safety/Environmental Committee that he or she will be Chairing and running.
•The person is expected to carry Risk Assessment using modern tools and identify critical areas within the process related to employees and operational safety.
•Establish system for records of incidents.
•Maintain system toward improvement with KPI.
•Expected to be hands on and participate in safety related activities on the floor level through training, auditing, investigation, etc. establish fire safety and handling.
•The candidates shall be expected to have minimum 5 years experience in the same fields of Safety and Environmental systems
