A. Job Title : Mold and die maker
B. Grade :
C. Position in AFI : Operator
D. Main purpose of the job : Take up all mold and die related works in Rubber factory
E. Main duties
• Understands AutoCAD drawings and make molds and dies from the drawings provided
• Good experience with mold and die making in lathes and milling machine and should deliver high quality molds and dies within the stipulated time
• Should make molds and dies directly from customer samples or from hand sketch issued from the shop floor by the person-in-charge
• Should have good skills with work in lathes, milling machines etc and undertake other fabrication activities as and when required
F. Profile of expected competencies and qualification: 
Should have prior experience with lathes and milling machines esp. in the area of molds and dies and meant for plastics or rubber.
Also he should have 6-8 years of experience in similar environment outside.
G. Equipment/Tools required to do this job:
Lathes, Milling machine, tools etc
I. Salary scale: 1800 - 3000

be required to meet the needs and exigencies of the company.
