HSE professional who has Oil & Gas industry experience and nationality Omani.
Will be office based implementing HSE policies + procedures. Training field staff and making sure they are compliant.
Play an active part in HSE policies & procedures creation, implementation and setting of HSE targets and goals.
Provide management and staff with advice on HSE matters..
To continually review and recommend updates to develop, maintain, and update HSE procedures and manuals, and maintain a comprehensive record of all non-compliance issues, accidents, KPI’s, and corrective actions.
To conduct and monitor training for all office and site personnel; and insure that all training certificates are up to date.
To review all contractor and subcontractor HSE plans and procedures and ensure that these plans and procedures meet the minimum requirements.
Direct/ coordinate the activities of the Field HSE team and be instrumental in their professional development.
-Nationality must be Omani
-At least 5yrs HSE experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
-NEBOSH / IOSH.
-Occupational H&S experience.
-Proven experience in development and management of legal requirements and HSE Policies and Procedures.
