Business Analyst (Islamic Banking)
Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst to come on board and assist them with a number of projects that they are currently undertaking within their Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES). You will be responsible for the delivery of a system that is going to track their global foot print across 5000 sites and assist them with the rapid growth that they have scheduled towards the back end of 2012, you will be part of the business and facing off to the IT Team, The Suppliers and Business Stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
- Strong Business Analyst
- Banking
- Corporate Real Estate Experience (CRES, CSRE)
- Project Delivery
- Real Estate IT System Knowledge (Yardi, MRI, SAP Real Estate, Cube Horizon OR IBM Tririga)
- Good Communication Skills
- Vast Stakeholder Management
- Supplier Management - (CBRE Etc)
