We are currently looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Hertz team based in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Rental Operations Manager, you key responsibility will be to provide the highest level of quality service to our customers.
Your duties will include:
To be successful in winning this role, you will have the following skills/experience:
- At least 2 years experience within a customer service role
- Fluent in English language skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Be prepared to work shifts
- Flexible to work in different Hertz locations
- Ability to work well as a team with 100% customer focus
- An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards providing excellent service to our customers.
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
