We are currently looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Hertz team based in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Rental Operations Manager, you key responsibility will be to provide the highest level of quality service to our customers.  

Your duties will include:

  • Emphasizing on selling and revenue maximizing on core products such as Collision Damage Waiver, upsells etc
  • Effectively operating RentPro system
  • Completing all rental paperwork, i.e. rental agreements, NRT's, exchanges and reservations in accordance with Hertz procedures and policies
  • Answering all telephone calls in accordance with Hertz policy
  • Liaising with various Hertz departments such as Distribution and Delivery and Collection
  • Action overdues daily and ensure follow up is in accordance with correct Hertz procedure
  • Flexible attitude and ability to service all areas of the branch as needed

    To be successful in winning this role, you will have the following skills/experience:

    • At least 2 years experience within a customer service role
    • Fluent in English language skills 
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Good communication skills both written and oral
    • Be prepared to work shifts
    • Flexible to work in different Hertz locations
    • Ability to work well as a team with 100% customer focus
    • An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards providing excellent service to our customers.
    • Excellent telephone manner is essential
