Our client, a Diversified Group of Companies, is seeking a dynamic Arabic speaking Personal Assistant – Group Managing Director
Accountabilities
• Project management and execution;
• Managing day-to-day communication, involving all documentation, correspondence, presentations and email administration;
• Diary management;
• Expense claims and outstanding invoices;
• Client welcome and hosting;
• Typing and transcribing reports;
• Capturing information using in-house database
• Event Organising and Management
Experience required
• At Least 4 yrs UAE experience working with Senior level
• Classical Arabic writing abilities
Education and background
• University Graduate;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Arabic fluency is a must;
