WESTERN PROJECT MANAGER - RETAIL

On behalf of our client, a leading Retail Group, we are recruiting a Western Project Manager for all of the groups retail outlets in the GCC and UAE. You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with more than 10 years hands on experience working as Clients representative or Consultants in the Gulf construction industries. You will have a good knowledge of FIDIC and have experience in outlet design, construction of new shops and refurbishment projects, project contracts, MRP and establishing and maintaining internal and departmental coordination along with external business associates.
You must have excellent communication in English and willing to travel.
