It is envisaged that SKA will employ a Distributor Liaison Manager in their Dubai office to handle logistics & supply & a Technical Sales Manager in Iraq to manage technical support & sales activities. Finance & HR functions will be provided by SKA corporate services. General Management to be agreed with CEO SKA. The Distributor Liaison Manager [DLM] will have a deep knowledge of Logistics & Supply as well as Documentation & Letter of Credit requirements together with a working knowledge of the lubricants industry. He or she will have well established contacts with shipping companies, freight forwarders & logistics companies operating between Europe, Far East & Middle East as well long experience of submission of complex documentation against LCs. The DLM will also produce management information to monitor business performance. To ensure satisfactory achievement of business objectives, the DLM will coordinate with all departments at SKA as well as working with the TSM to coordinate customer support, specifically purchasing, logistics & finance.
Education / Experience/Competencies • Graduate • Minimum 7 year experience in Logistics & Supply • Working knowledge of the lubricants [& preferably additives] industry • Fluent English [spoken & written] • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good PC skills • Able to work unsupervised with resilience & tenacity • Able to demonstrate initiative • Sound planning, analytical & problem solving skills • Results driven • Good presentation skills
