On behalf of our client, a multinational manufacturing company in the chemicals industry, we are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Manager.
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing industry and have experience of how the CSM adds input to the smooth flow from sales, purchase, production and logistics departments.
You will have experience in managing a small team of CSR’s and the ability to understand the sales forecasting and how this effects purchase, production and logistics. Kindly ensure that this experience is reflected on your CV. Please also ensure you state which manufacturing industries you have worked in on the CV. salary and package is negotiable, 5 day work week.
