For a global investment company.
You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is maintained by responding to telephone / written enquiries regarding account details, fund transactions, commissions, etc.
You will investigate customer complaints, resolve transactions and manage client expectations.
You will have approximately 2 years experience in a banking or financial services environment in a customer service or operational role.
You must have excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel and very strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail is an absolute must as is the ability to work independently with a very much proactive approach.
This is a junior role so senior level candidates will not be considered.
