For one of the largest multinationals in the world. You will be responsible for providing top-level executive assistance to senior level management including high-level document preparation, organizing and managing an executive diary, travel management including visas, transport, etc., and correspondence.

You must have at least 4 years experience in a similar role supporting top-level management.

You must be confident in your Microsoft Office skills (advanced Word, Excel & PowerPoint a must), very numerical minded and have advanced level analytical skills.

You must be a decision maker with strong multitasking skills and can operate well under pressure with the ability to deal confidently with top-level management.

Fluent English is an absolute must.
