Our client, a multinational luxury bathroom fittings company is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Market Developer KSA –Project Business to be based in KSA. You will be reporting directly to the Business Development Manager
Job Desciption:
• The Market Developer Projects contributes his efforts to generate sales by strengthen our IP Business, Brand Building and Customer Relation towards Project Specifiers.
• You will support the company's Partners and company's organization in the region in building up a Project Business Network, especially with architects and engineering companies and increasing company's market share in project business.
• You will support the company's partners and Management with market research, analysis and market development proposals.
• he will be also responsible to implement the general Hansgrohe strategies (e.g. Roll out of CRM) and optimize internal processes together with the Business Development Manager.
Key Task
• Strengthen Customer Relation in Projects Channel
• Visiting Project Clients in the market
• Follow up on construction projects systematically
• Develop and submit company's specifications and offers together with the company partners to project specifiers
• Inform Project Specifiers about product launches
• Building up and continuous updating of client database
• Organize and conduct events and seminars for target groups
• Support marketing department in the preparation of marketing tools (Displays, Brochures) for project business
• Support to prepare, plan and enforce Business and Marketing Plan (especially in project business topics)
• Enhance Market Studies and analyze market potentials
• Analyze competitors, develop and enforce counter strategies
• Technical Consulting
• Permanent information exchange with management and other departments
Person Profile Required previous experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience in trade business, preferable in sanitary, construction or building industry
Candidate profile:
• Degree in Mechanical engineering or Economics or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office
• Database & Internet Research
• Ideally familiar with the regional sanitary market and sales channels
