Job Description and Requirements
Job Role: The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for achieving the sales target to meet the company’s objectives and goals. The Customer Account Manager is also responsible for implementing and maintaining the company’s sales strategy.
•Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
•Achieve the sales targets and objectives to meet the company’s goals.
• Identify sales opportunities by noticing consumer requirements and needs.
•Promote the services offered by the company to the customers.
•Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential customers.
•Respond and follow-up on customer’s enquiries and requests.
•Other duties as assigned.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in freight and logistics.
•Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
•Very good English language.
•Very good computer skills.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Ability to work under pressure
