On behalf of our client, a leading construction company, we are recruiting an experienced Business Head / GM for the company's Civil Construction and Infrastructure Division. Aged 40-45 years, the ideal candidate will have at least 15 years experience in a Senior role with a leading contracting company. You will have worked on projects in the region amounting to 200 million Dirhams and handled the full cycle of the project. You must have a proven record of setting and achieving business targets, setting annual business plans and long term business strategy and implementation. You will have managed key business processes such as procurement, marketing, credit recovery, tendering, projects execution and must have been responsible for financial results including profits.
