On behalf of our client, a multinational manufacturing company in the chemicals industry, we are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Manager.
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing industry and have experience of how the CSM adds input to the smooth flow from sales, purchase, production and logistics departments.
You will have experience in managing a small team of CSR’s and the ability to understand the sales forecasting and how this effects purchase, production and logistics.
