Our Client, a large multinational support services organization is presently seeking an experienced Receivables and Credit Control Manager for their head office in Abu Dhabi.
The Receivables and Credit Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers, and collections and in particular overdue and problematic clients as per contractual terms. You will also be responsible for interacting with individual sites for back up information to ensure timely billing; ensuring constant follow up to close out unbilled Income; speedy issuance of Credit Notes after obtaining the necessary approvals, control of all “cash sales” deposits as per the HO policy, supervise surprise cash count visits, ensure timely posting of income and receipts into the Accounting system, frequent interaction with Operators and GM – Finance on overdue debts and submission of weekly and monthly reports on collections, overdue debts, revenue etc.
To qualify for this role you should have a relevant qualification and have strong accountancy and inter personal skills along with a well-developed knowledge of systems and internal controls in a fast moving organization. You must have a working knowledge of IT accounting and reporting systems, sound communication and influencing skills at all levels and be able to demonstrate a flexible and practical approach. My client would ideally prefer an Arabic speaking candidate for this role.
You must have a valid UAE driving license.
