As BD Manager, you will lead a fast paced Business Development Team and will play a pivotal role in the success of the department.
• Accountable for generating new business idea and initiatives to drive the profitability of the company.
• Submits a monthly BD report identifying leads, summary of discussions/meetings and probabilities of success.
• Plan, implement and review constantly the branding strategies for the company, also promoting the existing business of the company.
• Keep management abreast of the company business progress through regular conference, meetings and reports.
• Sourcing business and relationship management with Corporate, Developers and Agents.
• Actively involve in presentations and Demos to develop the new client base, pre-sales and closures.
• The incumbent should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with around 6-8 years of experience of which 2-3 years should be in a similar role in the Middle East
• Should be a go getter, an aggressive sales professional with hands on experience in real estate.
• Excellent relationship management and PR skills.
• Should be self motivated and Proactive with excellent analytical, entrepreneurial, negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving license with vehicle.
