Job Description:
He shall develop and perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, standards and regulation. Responsible for assisting, supervising and directing a team of auditors to perform and report findings as well as corrective action plans for all facilities.
Shall facilitate third party registrar to attain AS9110 certification.
Shall assist the Sr. Manager Quality with the Gap analysis to AS9110.
Schedule AS9110 pre-audit as well as the formal AS9110 audit by an approved ISO registrar as well as any other third party auditors such as FAA, Sikorsky, or GCAA.
Oversee the initiation, requests for and the follow-up of corrective/preventive actions internal/external audits findings.
Together with the Sr. Manager Quality and other Quality managers, oversee the Company AS9110 program.
Provide technical assistance at the request of all shop personnel and customers as required.
Must be certified as an Aerospace Quality Management System Standard Auditor
